Modern Van Gogh

This is from my Van Gogh collection. In this photograph I have taken a simular composition to the original master peice, (flowers) but added my modern day twist, this being the vase and the different coloured water gels. The lighting from the right is slightly darker to the left, this is another twist, as Van Gogh had bipola disorder, it shows times of darkness with his illness and going in to the lighter (left) when he was feeling better in himself. ALL comments are very welcome.
