Not the best time ever. But I've been pounding the shit outta my body this

passed week. This is day six, after a hard INSANITY workout yesterday and on

only four hours of sleep. My hips kill and I'm starving. Also, I actually

stopped at 2.5 miles and thought about calling it a day. I stood there on

the treadmill for about a minute.... Then decided to stop being a pussy

bitch about it and banged out the last half mile.

Now on to cleaning and one short Hip Hop Abs dvd. But I must say, I'm down

to 130 lbs, only two pounds away from that "lemme just see it ONCE weight."

once I get there, i'll decide what to do next. I think I'm very content with

the workout routine I'm currently following. I know I'm going finish out the

Hip Hop Abs schedule. Maybe start it over til I finish out INSANITY. I know

I want to get Asylum. And of course continue running. I also think I wanna

stay lean, rather that bulk, but I don't think I have much a say in what my

genetics are gonna do.

 

Anyway, I want a burger, with bacon. Wrapped in bacon, topped with another

burger. stupid pasta for dinner last night just didn't cut it.
