How to Train Your Brain to Fall Asleep in 60 Seconds

 

Insomnia is a classic problem for some people. Insomnia can be caused by several factors, among others, computer radiation exposure, bad food, and stress. Breathing technique “4-7-8” is an effective technique to treat insomnia. As described above, this method was created by Dr. Weil. He offers a step meditation in anti-stress treatments. This technique is fairly easy to do. Respondents only need to breathe through the nose for 4 seconds, and then held their breath for up to 7 seconds, and exhale through the mouth for 8 seconds. Respondents will feel a sense of calm.

This technique has resulted in various positive responses from the respondents. They admit that after applying this method, they can overcome their insomnia problem; even they can fall asleep in less than 60 seconds! What makes this technique so good is the fact that this technique is able to stimulate the adrenal glands to release adrenaline. The release of adrenaline will raise your heart rate accompanied by slowing the heart rate (at the time of exhalation of breath).
