I finally am trying the copper water system
Just put the jug in the fridge to absorb ions overnight
about a 50 ounce container, solid copper in contact with the water
our Tahoe water is so good, I am curious to see if I notice a taste difference, plus our house is so old it has copper pipes!!!
trying to heal myself from the negative internal conversations and stress i am battling ibs and have eliminated dairy, caffeine and chemicals from most of what i eat, under 5 ingredient foods, clean eating, organic, supplements, maybe this is the final piece to help me gain energy and positive vibes!
