pms bench monday
I am extra crabby, prone to explosive bursts of anger and my ankles are the size of tree trunks.......I made fudge and ambrosia salad and just want to be whisked away to a beach in the warm sun to bake....but no it is snowy and icy roads here and a bordering on sick toddler and a head that I literally think is going to detach from my neck in the pain i have both frontal forehead, temples, neck, back......stomach.....it all hurts........the fudge tastes awful to me, the ambrosia is fluffy but even a shower this morning did not help, granted it was at 11:30 am....having been in bed since 9pm the night before......changing pads every hour from the pain in the everywhere that this menstrual cycle is......hot then cold........good god gerdie i hate this time of the month!
i cannot even muster the full word so HBM to all of you that do not have this issue I am jealous and am not leaving the house!
