Just an amazing trip out on the Prophet research vessel on Lake Tahoe.
The kids got to measure for water clarity
Test ph levels in the water samples taken
View plankton on the microscope and tv screen while on a boat on Lake Tahoe!!!!!
Then on the ride back they got to taste the plankton!!!
Then we did two on land stations of watershed lessons and Junior Botany
It really is an amazing program teaching kids the science and math and how to stewardship this natural resources of heavenly proportions!!!
Plus riding on a boat is cool.......most of them had a first trip!!!!!
