The building was in Conduit Road 41 and owned by Mok Gan Sun莫干生, the 3rd generation of the comprador of Swire.
Mok's Villa was built in 1911 and rebuilt into Realty Gardens (聯邦花苑) in 1971.
The Pavilion remained may be the oldest Hong Kong pavilion.
