77D eclipse timelapse v1
Timelapse of the April 8, 2024 total solar eclipse, from Dallas, TX. Alignment was tricky for the pretotality partial and totality frames beause there were clouds that kept passing by, some completely obsuring the Sun and Moon. Partial frames were aligned with the help of a script from github.com/hotdogee/solar-eclipse-timelapse-aligner, but all totality frames had to be manually aligned in Photoshop. All frames were taken with a full-spectrum DSLR attached to a 90mm Maksutov-Cassegrain telescope. A simple solar filter was on the scope for all partial frames, and it was removed for totality.
