Gilligan, 1977
This is Bob Denver, who played the title character in the popular sitcom "Gilligan's Island." He was making a personal appearance at a car lot in McCleansboro, Illinois, in 1977, when I got him to pose for this shot. This event was alluded to in the giant elephant picture I posted previously. I finally found the set of negatives the elephant belonged to and the rest included a couple shots of Bob and some classic cars that were being shown at the event.
