Stuffed Chicken Breast

This is a stuffed Chicken Breast recipe I came up with. On the inside of the Chicken Breast, is a slice of bacon, diced mushrooms and a stuffing mixture. You can just see the toothpick I use to keep it sealed while it's baking at the front on top. This assures that it comes out of the oven moist and tender.
