Dusk. With more frontal day lighting, the mood is quite different from eve lighting. The area has quite a few vendors for these Chinese bbq eats, and they seem to have good business. This vendor has a toll free number for take out! These days, though, the foods have "added ingredients" to improve colour and flavour, so true tradition is gone. The problem for me is I am allergic to many of these ingredients, so unfortunately do not consume.
