Added a wall
The stairs have a round base with a wedge cut out so that it could fit snugly against the 1990 house it came with so adding a wall here kinda replicates that. If I remove the base and create a new rectangular one from foam core it would take up less space and the wall wouldn't be a floating wall as it is now. But it's here until then. This is my 1st time working with foam core and I stuck a pin in to hang the Jonathon Adler Barbie silhouette mirror. I'm so happy to have it hanging up!! I wanted a wall to add depth. I've seen dios where there's an archway in the background and a bokeh effect happens. I'm hoping to achieve that eventually. Still working on the archway.
Oh, and I added the two Adler blankets (I forgot I had two since I bought my second sofa deboxed so it was a happy find!) and I made one an area rug I love it! It makes it cozy.
