I am behind a campaign like this and was shocked to see myself that skinny like on the pic. I am behind to help people who have this issue and for me Melissa is doing a wonderful step with this to raise an awareness that this is not a thing of attention or a masochistic fetish or whatever it get told of some, it is a real dangerous situation for this people and a huge huge scream for help.
