Iteration, or Iterative Design is an approach of incrementally developing and refining a design based on feedback and evaluation.
The above image is a series of iterative prototypes developed by Arcimoto SRK. Each successive iteration of their product is illustrated in the image. Starting in the top row and from left to right, with Generation 1 and 2 on the top. Generation 3 and 4 in the middle. Generation 5 and 6 on the bottom row, with the initial production mule and fleet design represented by Generation 6.
You can see the evolution of the vehicle in these four images. From an almost motorcycle utility through industrial-style construction and revisions and a gradual adoption of a more public-accessible visual aesthetic.
