Since 2013 the British Red Cross has provided medical cover at the British Grand Prix and sends a large fleet of vehicles to the event.
One of this year's offerings was this Emergency Response Support Unit parked up away from the crowds and on hand in case it was needed.

NOTE ON GROUPS
