Wasp falling over backwards!
Yesterday I brought you a wasp's neck; today I present for your edification a wasp falling over backwards. It was trying to take off with its chunk o' ham when it appeared to lose its footing, toppling backwards and falling right off the ham (which is raised up on a small rock for photographic operational reasons). I pressed the shutter as soon as I saw it going, but I never expected to get such a good picture of this presumably rare occurrence.
