Rosella Tea

Another product from the Rosella plant is this super healthy tea.

I dried some of the red calyx in my dehydrator and am now enjoying this tea.

They say that 3 cups a day will lower blood pressure, Cholesterol and blood sugar levels in three weeks.

Also full of anti-oxidants, vitamin C and Omega 3.

...and it tastes good too.
