Anacortes, WA

This beautiful little town on Fidalgo Island in Washington was named after Anne Curtis Bowen, the wife of the founder of the place. In the distance you can see the San Juan Islands and beyond these lies the border with Canada and Vancouver Island (not to be confused with Vancouver city!)
