Beyond Lies Nubra, Siachen and the Karakorams

Fifteen minutes after take-off from Leh's high altitude airport, my Go Air flight heads north parallel to the Karakoram Range. A bit to the south-east likes Nubra valley. Just across from this range, hidden in the clouds is the stunning Siachen Glacier, and the point of the Indo-Pakistan conflict.
