Split fender for rinko travel
The inner tab extends beyond the curved bridge and is bolted to the bridge, the small screw behind the bridge also goes through the fender,,, and the tab.
A pair of Compass rinko nuts are secured to the aft portion of the tab. Two 5x8mm cap screws hold the rear fender piece tight. I left the knurling on the screws for better grip during installation.
I used two Berthoud black plastic "p-clamps" at the dropout because they don't score up or gall the fender stay which makes later adjustments glitchy. Rear fender section removal only takes moments, installation is the same.
The brake cable is bent forward and capped so it's secure, and it's easy to lift the straddle cable out of the yoke.
