Some Jo, some Camille, and some ol' jp ...
I have been wanting to mix all of these elements together for some time now. Daudon's curved top with the Routens style elliptical platform and the Routens style curved side stays. A few elements were stylized so they would all flow together.
Once brazed the top termination of the right side stay was bugging me a bit. I was going to replace it when pal Jamie Swan (who was visiting) made a suggestion to re- grind the shape,, I did it and voila! (took about about 30 seconds),,, great suggestion Jamie...
This rendition is similar to my signature front rack but different. It still needs some refinements. I plan to play with the shape and see if I can't sweeten it up some more.

While I can't put my finger on the exact spot, some lines on the rack remind me of some lines on the legendary Renault Alpine rally car, so here they are together...
