The Woodbridge Cannon

Lime Kiln Quay Road, near Elmhurst Park, Woodbridge, Suffolk.

According to its label, the cannon's precise origins are unknown, but it is believed to date from Napoleonic times, around 1790. It has stood on this site since 1986, having previously functioned as a traffic bollard(!). The gun carriage is a modern replica.
