"The Manningtree Ox"
Sculpture by Colin Wilkin, referring to Shakespeare's line in the play Henry IV Part One, in which Sir John Falstaff is referred to as a "roasted Manningtree ox with the pudding in his belly" (and also, seemingly a bird's nest!).
