Speeding Train
Week 28 - Panning - I just couldn't get it down. Tried slower shutter speeds and faster ones. I think I need to adjust my own speed.
This one was of the metro train pulling into the station. It was going way too fast.
OK, on to the next type of "motion" photography - panning. Panning refers to an image in which the camera moves to follow the main subject, rendering the main subject in focus and the background blurred.
This topic focuses on panning objects in motion. So get out there and find moving things - cars, bikes, skateboards, flying birds, running dogs, etc. This is a hard topic, so don't be afraid to post less than perfect shots.
