CFA Garratt Constantine
Steam was rarely more impressive than a Garratt. Although the photographer is unknown (just possible it was E. E. Smith) the print I have is captioned. So we know this is July 1951 at Constantine (Roman) in Algeria. This is CFA Garratt BT13.
