The plough is Durham's Mercedes YJ58 EFD. South of Tow Law on the A68 on the 4th April 2012. This weather could carry on for another month! This was a snowy day with spells of sun and the A68 was down to single line working with a plough leading convoys of traffic. I very much doubt it is even as good as this just now. If not completely shut. I gather the A66, Killhope and Carter Bar A68 are shut and the A69 very problematic.
