As part of ‘Armed Forces Day 2018’ a parade took place through the streets of Heywood, Lancashire, UK. The theme of the day was the 1940’s. The town was decked out with stalls, sideshows, street artists and military equipment for all to enjoy. The event was also to celebrate the formation of the Royal Air Force; 100 years. There was also a fly past of Spitfire aircraft.
