rope-tile-layup
Spot gluing the tiles to the paper form. The central hole takes the router trimmer circle cutter. The rope will be routed to the inner ring - approx 7mm wide.
So long as the angle is right - the length and width do not matter too much. Its an eyeball deceiving task - they always look wrong ! Placement lines help maintain the desired angle.
Each tile cuts the diagonal of 5.6 deg of arc ( as 8 divisions of 45 - so is an angle of 5.6 deg itself - why ? - I do not know )
