Some tools for Jon

I'm making some tools for Jon Williams / Drillium Revival. These are surrogate pedal spindles that he'll use to hold crank arms in his milling machine.

 

I "single pointed" the threads on my lathe, and I used thread wires to make sure that I cut the threads to the correct diameter. Cutting the left hand thread is tricky. I turned the cutter upside down and ran the lathe in reverse.
