Week 1 - Incoming!

Well, I have finally uploaded for View 52. This is the first shot for the yearlong project. I have had a huge dip in my confidence since finishing the 365 project for 2011 and just couldn't decide what to do about View 52. I was going to approach it as I did my 365 - with no plan and to just choose my favourite shot from that week. I then changed my mind and decided I needed a plan, so I decided to shoot in 4 weekly blocks with the overall subject being "Nature" and the first topic being "Birds". This would also fit in with my other photographic project for 2012 which is a photographic bird log - that project has got off to a flying start (pardon the pun!). I now don't know whether to follow the plan or not, so I'm just going to see what happens.

The other reason I hadn't uploaded to view 52 was that the standard of shots was so high that I just didn't feel up to scratch (like I said, confidence has somewhat plumetted since 365 finished). Anyway, I shall just do my best and see where I end up ;-)
