October 29th - Woody

Today we went to Potteric Carr Nature reserve. Unfortunately, the birds didn't! This was only our 2nd visit and yet again we barely saw anything. However, we did see this great spotted woodpecker make 2 visits to the feeding station and saw 2 grey herons. If we had seen a kingfisher, that would have been my top 3 most favourite birds - but we didn't!
