October 13th - "Ey Betty - You're supposed to smile"
Well, I'm wondering if any of the Sheffield lot managed to capture the beautiful sunset this evening? It was truly gorgeous - lovely strong pinks and oranges.
Today, I managed to get to Graves park. I was looking for the grey heron but he wasn't there, so had to look for something else instead. Even the mandarin ducks weren't around! I took some bird feed with me and was hoping for a robin but managed squirrels, a great tit and several nuthatches. I had a wander up to the top fields to see the highland cows - there was only 2 there! No idea where all the others were as their fields had been taken over by sheep.
