Friday Afternoon Cupping

We have had a great response to our public cuppings and the coffees this friday were amazing. The "Aricha Selection Seven Ethiopian Yirgacheffe" from Novo Coffee picked up at The Elysian Room, was the table favorite with its bright black berry jam flavours and floural aroma.
