Another warm morning down at Chances park for the 25th Parkrun, I ran with my daughter Jemima for the fist lap and a bit before she dropped out and stayed with her mum...
I managed to claw some time back and came in just over 25.40 mins.
A nice loosener for Sundays 10k x-border run..
