Nthenya Muia è la sorella di Jared; vivono con il nonno, che è sempre ubriaco e li picchia.
Entrambi i bambini devono essere allontanati da casa e messi in una scuola a convitto.
Nthenya deve ripetere la prima primaria: probabilmente per i problemi che ha a casa non riesce a studiare come dovrebbe.
Dal 2011 vive con la nonna che si occpa di lei, ma è malata di TBC, per cui si deve trovare un'altra sistemazione.

Nthenya Muia is Jared's sister; they live with their granfather, who is always drunk and beats them.
Both children must be moved from their house to a boarding school.
Nthenya has to attend the first year of primary school: probably she cannot study as she is supposed to, because of her family problems.
Since 2011 she is living with her granny, who takes care of her, but she suffers from TBC, so we must find a new accomodation.
