Phantom eigenbouw 1988 (XK-13-HV)
This is unique. It's a car that the owner has built from scratch. Built his own chassis and body, only using the technical components of various cars. The rear axle and gearbox are Daf (33). Motor is Renault 5 1.1, now with injection built on it. It has a convertible roof. And drives 1 litre on 11 km with caravan.
One morning I saw a Daf driving to our camping, while we were leaving. Lucky us. A Belgian Daf, that's rare. Later that day, back on the camping, I heard a two-cylinder sound and then saw a Daf Van drive by. That cannot be a coincidence! During a walk on the (large) camping we found out that the Daf Club attended the same Ardennes camping as we did. Lucky us.
