Now that looks like a pretty strong grid to me - it is very firmly bolted down and the bolts held in place by a massive padlock - inside the drop is a sheer concrete sided12 or 15 feet or so into a raging torrent of water which echoes around inside and out through the grill in a terrifying way - anyone stupid enough or drunk enough to attempt to suss out the "confined space" would be totally incapable of breaching the defences - still we need to keep the signmakers in employment.
Actually it makes you wonder who on earth would want "authorised entry"!
