Arrival dockside

As a general rule, the captain presides over the arrival alongside the debarcadere from the passerelle that you see to right of the wheel house. However, in this photo, I think that the two figures up on the bridge belong to the helmsman and the first class ticket collector (who is an apprentice helmsman).
