Through Silverwood
The Southern Downs Steam Railway runs an impressive program of steam trains from its base in Warwick. I'd never actually followed any of their trains, but decided one of their well-patronised trips to the small border town of Wallangarra would be my chance to observe the operation for the first time. The train here is seen coasting down through Silverwood, just after dusk and not far from returning to Warwick bang on the scheduled time of 6pm. 27 May 2017.
