windows of d world...

The little birdie has a tale,
Of when boats used a sail,
And the trees were tall and strong,
Come and listen to the sing-song,
Says she is a tweet-
‘O my dearies’ grab a seat,
As I take you to the world of windows,
Beyond the frames and shadows,
Of eyes which peep through,
At a busy market scene,
Windows to the past,
Which tell of the time that flew so fast,
Of broken glasses and panes,
And never ending pearl like rains,
Out of some as you gaze,
You find life to be a maze,
Windows of a classroom,
Of evening dawning with a boom,
Pigeon flights which left feathers,
Wait for passerby’s in shelters,
Of looking beyond,
Into the lifelike pond,
Lend the bird your ears,
I say to all my dears,
Let me fly you around,
‘Windows of the world’- how does it sound?
Come, hold my hand,
For a journey to the times of sand,
As I fly you to the world of windows,
Beyond the frames and shadows,
O my dearies’ grab a seat,’
Says she in a tweet……..
