Transportation Pollution

As a state and locally over 75 percent of drivers over 16 drive to work by themselves. This picture taken at the Lory Student Center parking lot was taken to illustrate this. The amount of pollution generated by these drivers is extreme, especially since these are all singer drivers. If locally carpooling to work was stressed more the amount of pollution would decrease significantly. The alterations to this image were used to show how many cars are driven by one driver only, every fourth car is driven by more than one person which is a minimum percentage.
