Old Bridge, New Bridge, and Poop

Yes, poop. I was told that the tank in the lower-left corner is a waste-water processing facility. Well, it's got to go somewhere.

Anyway, here you can see one half of the old steel, box-girder bridge and the new Carquinez Strait Bridge, oh yeah, and the poop facility. I thought it might have been related to the very nearby sugar factory, but it didn't smell like it! Oh well.
