A low-res, flatbed scan of a 6x7 (2 1/4 x 2 3/4 inch) transparency.

Under yet another old bridge, it seems. The Carquinez Strait Bridge, to be exact. Well, the faint semblance of a bridge to the left of this scene is of a--- actually---very new structure, as compared to its older brother to the right. Yes, I suppose I have a slight bias for the old one. I mean, look at all that beautiful riveted steel! Yes, not too unlike the eastern section of the San Francisco Bay Bridge that "they" are tearing down. Weird people in power!

It should be noted that they did remove one side of the older steel bridge. Perhaps that concrete pier block is a remnant. I believe I recall a time when there were the two older bridges and the new one.
