Platypus - Broken River, Quensland.

Photographed in the middle of the day - this platypus was swimming round the logs looking for food in the Broken River.

We were actually just sitting on a rock ledge on the Granite Bend circuit in the Eungella National Park looking at the ducks in the river when we sighted the platypus.
