Sometimes I have to eat in order to exercise ... I know, that's nuts. But when I do a long aerobic workout and my blood sugar is well controlled before I start, I run the risk of a hypoglycemic episode. I can "bonk". So, I've found that chocolate high protein boost is a good pre or post exercise food. It's similar to chocolate milk which has the right mix of carbs, fat, protein that the body needs after exercise.
