For the "someday" file

1. Lousy lighting conditions

2. Filthy, common lead unit

3. Uninspired location with foreground clutter

This one checks all the boxes for a throwaway shot but I like to make a mental note that scenes like these, decades from now, may be appreciated for their historical record more than their aesthetics.

CP 260 is the definition of a land barge this day, running at a reduced speed of about 25 mph down the River sub while experiencing communication problems with their marker. A replacement EOTD has been arranged to meet them at La Crescent so it's a leisurely trip with a clear lineup all the way to Donehower siding, where they will sit and eventually meet westbound counterpart 261.
