King's Lynn Minster - St Margaret's - Stained Glass
King David and his harp are flanked by musician angels in rather startling colours, compared with the other windows, by Mayer and Co.
John Bray (died 1883) was also a musician: he had a 'musical repository' which advertised instruments and sheet music. In the 1840s his band gave promenade concerts and no ball or soiree was complete without the promise 'Mr Bray's band will be in attendance'.
