JCP Flower Dress

JC Penney had a BOGO sale on all their clearance items two weeks ago. I was able to buy this Evan-Picone Black Label dress and another similar one for $21.33 for both. I've posted a review for the dress to Penney's website at their request, now waiting to see it published.
