There's No Place Like Home...........12/365

I sooooooooooooooooo want to be home right now...

 

Why, you ask? Well, there's this test.... it's the MCP certification test (Microsoft Certified Professional). And it's Mike mortal enemy, I think.

 

To pass, he has to score a 700. Anything below that, SORRY, TRY AGAIN! And keep in mind that each one costs $130. Well, the first time, he got in the 530s, I think. So then his parents paid for him to take it again, and he got a 630. But there was a free retest, so he went to take it today, after studying for a solid week and a half, and failed again, by 2 questions!

 

I feel so BAD for him, his confidence is ZERO about this test now... but from everything ppl have said online, the test is ridiculous, it's not "real world" stuff, and even ppl who've been in the business for YEARS can't pass it. But employers look on the MCP certification REALLY well, so he wants to pass it.

 

So he's going to take it again the week after next..... *sigh* here we go again.

 

I just want to be at home with him right now, so i can tell him it'll be ok. =)
