Hollyhock ~ re-working of an old favourite !
Hollyhocks have always been the first-favourite-flower, in any Norfolk cottage garden.
They are easy to grow, with huge but delicate flowers . . and this ons was 6-ft. tall !
Opening up the lens by a stop-or-two would have given me a better 'bokeh' in the backdrop ~
but might have 'burnt-out' much of the detail in those delicate pink petals !!
You can't have EVERYTHING !! . . so you have to 'prioritize' !!
